Due to irreconcilable philosophical differences, and a severe lack of organisational accountability and transparency, Edward A. Stubbs has resigned from his position as President of the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago Football Association (UMMOA FA), and has formally disbanded the organisation.
